Sweetheart Week
Well as you all must know, next week is Dixon High School ‘s annual Valentines spirit week or Sweetheart week. We all know that to show our true Ram Pride and class spirit, we dress up each day as something different. Now I must say, our leadership class has definitely come up with some weird ones for this year.
Monday 2/14/2011- Stripes vs. Polka Dots Day
Tuesday 2/15/2011- Love Hurts Day (Fake an injury)
Wednesday 2/16/2011- Little Kid vs. Old Person Day
Thursday 2/17/2011- Reality Show Day
Friday 2/18/2011- Girls: Wear Pink Guys: Wear Red
Sweetheart Week Spirit Days
Now dressing up for Monday and Friday should be pretty easy by just wearing a shirt that has either pink, red, polka dots, or stripes on it. However, for Tuesday will there be people faking injuries on crutches or using braces. What about Wednesday, one person dress up like a little kid and another old and hang out all day. With Thursday though, that will just be interesting to see how people dress up.
Along with getting to dress up during the week we also get our rally with watching people participate in fun games and see who this years sweetheart princes and princesses are from the other classes. Also, we get our results from the matchmaker tests we took on Friday, January 21.
The Friday also happens to be senior night for our basketball players. So come out and support our seniors along with seeing who gets crowned 2011′s senior class King and Queen.
