Athlete of the Week: Jeffrey Miner
This week’s Athlete of the Week for December 9th through December 16th is Senior basketball player, Jeffery Miner. Jeffery is the shooting guard for the DHS Rams and has been playing basketball since the very young age of 6 years old! As the first Athlete of the Week for December Jeffery has prepared great responses so we can learn a little more about him.
When is your birthday?
Jeffery’s response: I was born February 23, 1994 in Woodland.
What is the best part about being on the DHS basketball team?
Jeffery’s response: The best part about being on the team is being able to hangout with all of my friends and travel to cool places.
What are your goals for this season of high school basketball?
Jeffery’s response: My goals for this season are to make playoffs.
Who is your role model?
Jeffery’s response: My role model is my dad.
